Sadhana happens when all the efforts are dropped. When you are totally relaxed, you experience true bliss.
Like weather, time has it's own impact on you. Your sadhana and satsang are your sheild, your protection.
When you do more sadhana some siddhis come. Sometimes it's correct sometimes it's not. You shouldn't be attached to it. Vairagya

Sadhana is meant to increase this prana level in you. If your prana level is constantly high- then you don’t need to do sadhana- that is what is enlightenment; your optimum prana.
Sadhana, Pranayama and Meditation doesn't let you go out of control. Sadhana is there to harness and channelize your emotions.
Be in knowledge. Listen to knowledge and do your practices (sadhana) every day. Then you cannot get into depression. Join a team, do seva. When you have nothing to do, you think about yourself and get depressed.
Without grace of the divine there will be no success, that is why if you want grace then you must do Seva, sadhana, satsang and in time you will get the fruits of all your efforts.
What is important is for you to become content. Again and again, be content. This is an art and this is what meditation is. True sadhana is to be calm, contented, and rested.
The whole life is Sadhana. Doing Pooja and other rituals are important but one should also celebrate whole life as Sadhana.
