Breath has a relation with emotions. It changes with all emotions. That is why we have to sit and observe.
You are the Reality. You are not the thoughts, you are not the emotions nor actions. You are not even a person.
Accept. Then you can act better. If you don’t accept, emotions rise, intellect is clouded and actions become regrettable.
You don’t need to develop emotions. You are born with emotions. You only need to have say over your emotions.
When love is distorted then it becomes negative emotions. That something which keep love fresh and alive is Wisdom.
No emotions are bad. But if they stay for long, then it is bad. Emotions should be like a line drawn on the surface of water.
No work is stressful. It is your inability to manage your body, mind, and emotions that makes it stressful.
Sadhana, Pranayama and Meditation doesn't let you go out of control. Sadhana is there to harness and channelize your emotions.
When emotions dominate the intellect it leads to disaster and when intellect dominates then it harnesses the emotions.
However you are, offer it all to the Divine; your thoughts, your emotions, your mind, positive or negative, however it is, offer it all and be free.
You have to become self-reliant in your emotions. And that is possible through deep meditation alone.
