Quote for the Moment

If you win, don't lose your head. If you lose, don't lose your heart. Keep your heart in the right place, your mind in the right place and be happy!

If you win, don't lose your head. If you lose, don't lose your heart. Keep your heart in the right
 -Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

You can excel in your profession and still attain the highest (Enlightenment). They aren’t contradictory.

Living in the moment with joy, alertness, awareness and compassion is enlightenment.

Enlightened people' means don’t think they don’t have feelings; they have not become like stones or trees. The feelings are there and then the feelings they expressed at that moment and that’s it, they won’t log on to it and cry over it all the time.

Enlightenment is getting in touch with the buddha inside us. The formula is: 1. Having clarity in mind, purity in heart, and sincerity in action. 2. Keeping a smile and doing meditation. 3. Seeing life from a bigger perspective.

When one who becomes free from desires, cravings and aversions, that (state) is called Enlightenment.

Each one of us has a ‘Buddha’ inside us. Enlightenment is getting in touch with that.

Enlightenment is no complaints and no explanations.

In a state of enlightenment, there is no ‘other’ to talk about because everything is a part of you.

There is no criteria for enlightenment. You already have it; when it will blossom is a mystery

Sadhana is meant to increase this prana level in you. If your prana level is constantly high- then you don’t need to do sadhana- that is what is enlightenment; your optimum prana.

You are not just the mind, you are much more than that. Don’t try to repair the mind. Repairing the mind is like trying to stop the waves in the ocean. Can you stop the waves in the ocean? If you want to see an ocean without the waves, you have to dive a little deeper. When you dive deep inside of you, you will experience the stillness of the ocean. And if it's all frozen, that is enlightenment!

Enlightenment is returning back to simplicity, honesty, love and faith that truth will triumph or succeed.

Enlightenment is becoming a child again, so it is open to all. You only need de-condition yourself as we have conditioned our mind in so many ways and made life so complicated.

If you think that marriage is an obstruction to enlightenment, then it will be. If you think it won't be an obstruction, then it won't be. It depends on you. There are so many people who do seva even after being married. It all depends on the state of your mind.

There are people who are married and unhappy and there are people who are unmarried and unhappy. Then there are people who are married and happy and there are people who are unmarried and happy. You better be in the second category. Whether you are married or not, if you are happy, if you are centered, then you are close to enlightenment.

If you want to see an ocean without the waves, you have to dive a little deeper! When you dive deep inside of you, you will experience the stillness of the ocean. And if it all frozen, that is enlightenment!

You want enlightenment? You want to see God? Do service and just relax!
