The practice of meditation is to be regarded by honest spiritual seekers, as a whole-souled occupation. It is not to be regarded as one among many other items of daily activity. It is the principal work or function for which one is here. Almost all our other functions are contributory to the effectiveness of the principal function  - meditation of our self on the Selfhood of things.
